Real Stories

Stories

These stories are written by young people aged 16–22 from five European countries. They're about the moments when screens took over β€” and the moments when they took back control. Some are funny. Some are tough. All of them are real. You can read them, learn from them, and if you're ready β€” share your own.

All stories are published with the author's permission. Names can be changed or removed to protect privacy. Every story is reviewed before publication to ensure a safe, supportive space.
