Training Methodology β€” 8 Workshops

Our programme consists of 8 thematic workshops designed to help young people aged 16–22 understand, prevent, and manage compulsive behaviours related to screen use.

The 8 topics:

  1. 1. Understanding the Risks β€” Warning signs and impact on health & wellbeing
  2. 2. Understanding Compulsive Behaviours β€” The psychology of addiction and strategies to break the cycle
  3. 3. Effective Coping Strategies β€” Stress management, self-care, and healthy habits
  4. 4. Art-Therapy: Emotional Regulation β€” Art techniques for processing difficult emotions
  5. 5. Art-Therapy: Personal Identity β€” Exploring who you are beyond your digital persona
  6. 6. Storytelling for Change β€” Narrative therapy and crafting personal stories of change
  7. 7. Coaching: Goals & Action Plans β€” SMART goals and building a digital wellness plan
  8. 8. Coaching: Building Resilience β€” The 3R technique, the Digital Compass, and sustaining change

Each workshop: 3 hours facilitated + 2 hours self-learning

Digital Wellness Board Game

An interactive learning tool designed to make the conversation about screen addictions engaging and fun. Based on real-life case studies collected from young people across Europe.
